THIS INTERGOVERMENTAL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and effective this 1st day of April, 2020 (“Effective Date”) by and between LARIMER COUNTY, COLORADO (“County”), a body politic organized under and existing by virtue of the laws of the State of Colorado and THE TOWN OF ESTES PARK, COLORADO (“Town”) and jointly referred to as the “Parties.”
