The Board hereby recognizes the Sioux Falls Education Association as the sole and exclusive representative of the counselors, classroom teachers, Southeast Technical Institute instructors, speech therapists, social workers, school nurses, librarians, psychometrists, psychologists, and non-administrative special education professional staff members. Such recognition shall be continuous from year to year unless challenged.
