This Joint Agreement is entered into between the International Plant Genetic Resources Institute (operating under the name of Bioversity International, hereafter referred to as “Bioversity”), on behalf of the Consortium, and the Fund Council of the CGIAR Fund, represented by the World Bank (together, the “Parties”).
