This Event Sponsorship Agreement has been entered into by and between IFE Manufacturing Solutions, part of Montgomery Events Limited incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 03801163 whose registered office is at 9 Manchester Square, London, W1U 3PL (the “Organiser”), and the party specified in section 1 of Schedule 1 (the “Sponsor”) (each, a “party”; together, the “parties”).
