Years Service. Two (2) calendar weeks (ten (10) business days). Vacation pay will be four (4%) of employee’s gross earnings for the previous year or two
Years Service. Upon completion of twenty-six (26) years’ continuous service, a regular employee will be entitled to thirty-one (31) days’ vacation with pay.
Years Service. Vacation pay will be the greater of ten percent (10%) of the employee’s gross or more earnings for the previous year or two and one-half (2½) days basic pay earned for each month of employment in the previous calendar year to a maximum of twenty-five (25) days. For employees with three or more year’s service, the vacation entitlement, the percentage and the number of day’s basic pay, will be adjusted to reflect any additional vacation days purchased with flex credits.
Years Service. All employees working on a full-time basis who have completed fifteen (15) years of employment shall be entitled to vacation leave with pay of one and two-thirds (1.66) working days for each month of service which may be accumulated.
Years Service. Employees with less than one (1) year's service who are off because of sickness or accident shall be continued on the payroll under the heading of leave of absence without pay for a period of seven (7) work days. Further leave of absence periods of seven (7) workdays without pay may be granted upon written request. These written requests shall be acknowledged in writing. If no written report is received by the Employer within seven (7) work days from such an employee explaining his/her condition, he/she shall be removed from the payroll.
Years Service. An employee who has completed nine (9) but less than seventeen (17) years service at the end of the vacation year shall be entitled to a paid vacation of four (4) calendar weeks. Payment for such vacation shall be at the employee's rate of pay as at the time he takes his vacation.
Years Service. This clause shall not apply to employees with less than one year's continuous service and the general obligation on the Company should be no more than to give relevant employees an indication of the impending redundancy at the first reasonable opportunity, and to take such steps as may be reasonable to facilitate, the obtaining by the employees of suitable alternative employment.
Years Service. Employees with a minimum of five (5) years of service shall transfer to the Income Protection Benefits:

Completed Anniversary Years of Service Vacation with Pay Sixteen (16) to Twenty- Four (24) Years Service Vacation pay will be the greater of eight percent (8%) of the employee’s gross earnings for the previous year or two (2) days’ basic pay earned for each month of employment in the previous calendar year to a maximum of twenty (20) days.
