Written Proposals. Within thirty (30) days after the designation of ----------------- the third arbitrator, the arbitrators and the parties shall meet, at which time each party shall be required to set forth in writing the issues which need to be resolved and a proposed ruling on each such issue. Written submissions shall be limited to 30 pages of text (not including exhibits which may include copies of agreements, or extracts from books and records, but including testimony affidavits).
Written Proposals. To avoid misunderstanding and to facilitate communication, all major proposals and counter-proposals shall be provided in writing.
Written Proposals. Original proposals shall be written and in language suitable for inclusion in the final agreement. Topical listings of items proposed for negotiations (i.e. agenda listings) shall constitute a clear failure of compliance and may be disregarded.

The party who desires a change from the status quo ("Claimant") shall give the other party ("Respondent") a written request for the proposed change and a concise written statement of the reasons for such proposed change. The Claimant's request and supporting statement shall provide enough information so that the Respondent may reasonably investigate the facts and circumstances asserted as the basis for the proposed change. The Respondent shall investigate the asserted facts and circumstances and, within ten (10) days after such receipt, shall respond in writing with an acceptance, rejection, or counter-proposal to the requested change.
Written Proposals. Proposals should be prepared simply and economically, providing a straightforward, concise description of proposer capabilities to satisfy the requirements of this proposal. To be considered, all proposals must be submitted in writing and respond to the items outlined in this RFP using the requested format. Emphasis should be on completeness and clarity of contents. Proposal responses will be expected to address the following areas; the submission should be tabbed and collated in the following order:
Written Proposals. To properly respond to this Request for Proposals, Offerors are required to prepare a written proposal in the format described below. This includes the submission of certain forms.

If, any portion of the written proposal seems to be in conflict with this agreement, the Customer agrees that this agreement supersedes the portion of the written proposal in question, and that the Customer is bound by the terms of this agreement.

The CITY shall incorporate the proposal into a Task Assignment to be signed and executed by the parties. 3.3

Upon request by a GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY, CONSULTANT shall submit to that GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY's Project Manager a written proposal, which shall include as appropriate, completion dates, estimated fees and expenses, deliverables and the specific tasks necessary to accomplish the particular project objective. The GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY and Consultant may negotiate the terms of the proposal which will then be incorporated into a Task Assignment which, with a purchase order, constitutes the written acceptance. Work shall not begin until the acceptance is issued. The original proposal may be submitted to the GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY in Task Assignment format.
