Written Form Requirement. This Agreement may not be modified, altered, or changed in any manner whatsoever unless in writing and duly executed by authorized representatives of all Parties. The written form requirement also applies to this clause. The second sentence of Section 8.2 shall apply accordingly.

Written Form Requirement. Any supplements or amendments to this document must be made in writing and signed by both parties’ authorised representatives in order to be valid. Should any part of this Agreement be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the remaining provisions of this Agreement.
