Project Organization A summary organization chart showing the interrelationships between Owner, Construction Contractor and Design Professional, and other supporting organizations and permitting review agencies. Detailed charts, one each for Construction Contractor and Design Professional, showing organizational elements participating in the Project shall be included.
Qualified Service Contracts A Service Provider includes any person that is a Related Party to the Service Provider and the phrase “Chief Executive Officer” includes a person with equivalent management responsibilities.
AGREEMENT NOT TRANSFERRABLE TO OTHER FACILITIES This agreement is valid for only the residential facilities assigned to the Student. This agreement cannot be transferred, nor can it be converted to any other type of lease or agreement without a written or electronically reproducible modification agreement submitted by the student and approved by the Executive Director or the Executive Director’s designee. There is no reciprocity of housing agreements with any other housing organization or complex, including but not limited to on-campus residence halls, on-campus apartments, Rosen, Towers, Northview, UCF affiliated housing, fraternity-sorority housing, or any other housing, residential, and/or apartment facilities both on- and off-campus. Foreign-Owned Companies in Connection with Critical Infrastructure If Texas Government Code, Section 2274.0102(a)(1) (relating to prohibition on contracts with certain foreign-owned companies in connection with critical infrastructure) is applicable to this Contract, pursuant to Government Code Section 2274.0102, Contractor certifies that neither it nor its parent company, nor any affiliate of Contractor or its parent company, is: (1) majority owned or controlled by citizens or governmental entities of China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or any other country designated by the Governor under Government Code Section 2274.0103, or (2) headquartered in any of those countries.
Government Facilities The Contactor shall arrange with the OCO or other designated representative for means of access to premises, delivery and storage of materials and equipment, use of approaches, use of corridors, stairways, elevators, and similar matters. A Contractor working in a government facility shall be responsible for maintaining satisfactory standards of employee competency, conduct, appearance, and integrity and shall be responsible for taking disciplinary action with respect to their employees as necessary. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring that their employees do not disturb papers on desks, open desk drawers or cabinets, or use Government telephones, except as authorized. Each employee is expected to adhere to standards of behavior that reflect favorably on their employer and the Federal Government. The Contactor shall ensure that all of its employees, including Subcontractor employees, working under XXXXX are informed of the substance of this clause.
Data Disposition When the contracted work has been completed or when the Data is no longer needed, except as noted above in Section 5.b, Data shall be returned to DSHS or destroyed. Project Organization Chart As part of the Mini-Bid, the Authorized User may require the Contractor to develop and submit a proposed project organization chart. The project organization chart should identify all the proposed key personnel of each team component and how the team will be managed. If required, the project organization chart must include both Contractor and State staff roles as identified in the Mini-Bid.
Shared Facilities The Parties acknowledge and agree that certain of the Shared Facilities and Interconnection Facilities, and Seller’s rights and obligations under the Interconnection Agreement, may be subject to certain shared facilities or co-tenancy agreements to be entered into among Seller, the Participating Transmission Owner, Seller’s Affiliates, or third parties pursuant to which certain Interconnection Facilities may be subject to joint ownership and shared maintenance and operation arrangements; provided that such agreements (i) shall permit Seller to perform or satisfy, and shall not purport to limit, its obligations hereunder and (ii) provide for separate metering of the Facility.
Laundry Facilities SF State University assumes no responsibility in the use of laundry equipment or for lost items.
