Weekend Rates. Subject to clauses B6.4 and B6.5 below:

Weekend Rates. From midnight Friday/Saturday to midnight Sunday/Monday at half the normal hourly rate of pay (T1/2).
Weekend Rates. (a) Penal time shall be paid for weekends and public holidays at the following rates in addition to normal/ordinary salary:

  • Accrual Rates All eligible employees shall accrue vacation pay according to the following rates:

  • Overtime Rate In accordance with the applicable wage and hour laws, the overtime rate will be one and one-half (1-1/2) of an employee’s regular rate of pay. The regular rate of pay will not include any allowable exclusions.

  • Weekend Differential Employees assigned to State institutions other than Maine State Prison shall be eligible for a weekend differential of fifty cents ($.50) per hour to the base for shifts beginning between 10:00 p.m. Friday and 9:59 p.m.

  • FIXED RATES If a fixed rate is in this Agreement, it is based on an estimate of the costs for the period covered by the rate. When the actual costs for this period are determined, an adjustment will be made to a rate of a future year(s) to compensate for the difference between the costs used to establish the fixed rate and actual costs.
