Warranty for Services. Vendor warrants that the Services will be performed (i) in a diligent, professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with the highest applicable industry standards, (ii) in accordance with the requirements under this Agreement, and (iii) by experienced, qualified and properly trained and appropriately licensed personnel. If Vendor fails to meet the specifications as set forth herein, Vendor will, without additional compensation, promptly correct or revise any errors or deficiencies in the Services provided.
Warranty for Services. Contractor warrants that it performs all services using reasonable care and skill and according to its current description (including any completion criteria) contained in this Contract. State agrees to provide timely written notice of any failure to comply with this warranty so that Contractor can take corrective action.
Warranty for Services. IM will provide Services in a professional manner using reasonable care and skill and in accordance with standard industry practice and all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Buyer may, at its option, either (a) require correction or reperformance of any defective or nonconforming Services, or (b) make an equitable adjustment in the price of this contract. If Seller is required to correct or reperform the Services, such correction or reperformance shall be at Seller’s expense. Any Services corrected or reperformed shall be subject to this article to the same extent as work initially performed. If Seller fails or refuses to correct or reperform, Buyer may correct or replace with similar Services and charge Seller for any cost to Buyer, or make an equitable adjustment in the price of this contract.

Consultant further warrants and represents that the Services will performed in a professional, good, through and workmanlike manner, and consistent with accepted industry standards.

RPC warrants during the term of the Agreement that the Services shall be performed in a timely manner and of a quality conforming to generally accepted industry standards and practices. At any time following completion of any Services, RPC shall, at RPC's expense, upon receipt of written notice from Customer describing a breach of the foregoing warranty in such reasonable detail as is requested by RPC, reperform the Services described in such written notice so as to conform to generally accepted industry standards and practices.
