Wages Schedule. A" Classifications The parties agree that the list of Schedule "A" job classifications will be updated in accordance with the terms of the Pay Equity Plan between the parties. Schedule "A" rates of pay are derived from the CUPE Inside collective agreement that expired on December 31, 1991. If those rates are amended as a result of a revised two (2) year collective agreement ratified by both parties, for the term January 1, 1992 to December 31, 1993, such revisions will be incorporated into this collective agreement.
Wages Schedule. WAGED EMPLOYEES The minimum rates of pay set out below in dollars per hour are payable to employees designated Pre-School Teacher or Pre-School Assistant from the dates indicated.

[Disputed cases are to be referred to the President.] This arbitrated wage adjustment may be offset against any equivalent amount in rates of pay received by employees whose wages and conditions of employment are regulated by this Award which are above the wage rates prescribed in the Award. Such payments include wages payable pursuant to certified agreements, currently operating enterprise flexibility agreements, Queensland workplace agreements, award amendments to give effect to enterprise agreements and overaward arrangements. Absorption which is contrary to the terms of an agreement is not required. Increases made under previous State Wage Cases or under the current Statement of Policy, excepting those resulting from enterprise agreements, are not to be used to offset arbitrated wage adjustments.

Note: Where the employer agrees to rehire ex employees who have previously accrued 320 hours continuous service within 12 months of rehire then such employees will be deemed to have completed 320 hours service for the purposes of wage classification only.
Wages Schedule. 17.1 Except for circumstances as provided for in sub clause 16.1, an annualised wage will apply to employees working at Sydney Ferries. This wage includes the base wage and overtime up to 19 hours per fortnight covering all work performed by employees. Allowances applicable for meal and travel are not included.

The Association and employees recognise the need for on-board entertainment of passengers and will continue to provide their services, in relation to Crew and BBQ nights and other routine entertainment activities, as agreed and pursuant to Clause 6- Xxxxxxx and Classifications.
