Wage Overpayments. (a) On occasion, due to clerical or accounting oversight, employees are paid wages not due them. In such instances the Employer shall retrieve such overpayments, irrespective of when they were made, in accordance with the Wage and Hour Division Regulations. The current Wage and Hour rate is fifteen (15%) percent.

The Agency shall correct any such underpayment made within a maximum period of two (2) years before the notification.
