TRAVELLING OUTSIDE RADIAL AREAS. Where an employee travels daily from inside the radial area to a job outside that area, the employee shall be paid the daily Travel Allowance and : • the time outside ordinary working hours reasonably spent in such travel, calculated at ordinary hourly “on site” rates to the next quarter of an hour with a minimum payment of one half an hour per day for each return journey; • any expenses necessarily and reasonably incurred in such travel, which shall be 50 cents per kilometre where the employee uses their own vehicle at the employers request.

  • Built-up Area The built-up area for the Designated Apartment or any other Unit shall mean the Carpet Area of such Unit and Balcony area and 50% (fifty percent) of the area covered by those external walls which are common between such Unit/Balcony and any other Unit/Balcony and the area covered by all other external walls of the such Unit/Balcony.
