TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES. All transportation vehicles shall be in sound mechanical condition with sufficient horsepower and mainframe configurations to ensure successful performance on roads and highways, or in terrain described in these specifications. All vehicles under this Agreement shall be able to be legally driven on highways under their own power and be able to travel at a minimum of 50 miles an hour.

TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES. The term “Transportation Vehicles” shall mean motorized vehicles necessary for the Municipality to transport (or cause to be transported) the Acceptable Waste to the PERC Facility including, without limitation, tractors, trailers, and “packer” trucks (front load and rear load), all of which must be self-unloading.
TRANSPORTATION VEHICLES. Transportation that is provided by DCHA to its members and their families, guests and visitors to and from the piers on Great Diamond Island also will be provided to members of the Lessee Group. Lessee may bring and use bicycles. Lessee may not use any other form of mechanical propulsion, including but not limited to, golf carts (except with the prior written approval of Agent and otherwise in accordance with the requirements of the Redacted DCHA Governing Documents), mopeds or other motor vehicles, helicopters or other aircraft, at or on the property of Diamond Cove. Lessee’s use and storage of boats is a matter between the Lessee and the management of the marina at Diamond Cove, and is not governed by this Lease.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the necessity for travel, and the mode of travel to be reimbursed.

  • TRANSPORTATION AND TRAVEL TIME 12.01 The Employer will provide transportation to and from jobs from the Employer’s shop. If an employee’s car is used for such transportation, the owner shall be paid fifty cents (50¢) per kilometre for such use.

  • Transportation of Accident Victims Transportation to the nearest physician or hospital for employees requiring medical care as a result of an on-the-job accident shall be at the expense of the Employer.

  • Transportation Services i) In the event that transportation services for a student served by CONTRACTOR pursuant to an Individual Services Agreement are to be provided by a party other than CONTRACTOR or the LEA or its transportation providers, such services shall be reflected in a separate agreement signed by the parties hereto, and provided to the LEA and SELPA Director by the CONTRACTOR. Except as provided below, CONTRACTOR shall compensate the transportation provider directly for such services, and shall charge the LEA for such services at the actual and reasonable rates billed by the transportation provider, plus a ten percent (.10) administrative fee, unless a “flat rate” is provided in the transportation contract. In the event that the transportation provider notifies the LEA or SELPA Director that CONTRACTOR is more than 90 days behind in payment for transportation services, LEA shall have the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, but not the obligation, to make payment for such services directly to the transportation provider, and to deduct such payments from any sums owed to CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Master Contract and any Individual Services Agreement between the parties. In the event that the LEA makes direct payment of the transportation provider’s charges, it shall be entitled to withhold both the transportation charges themselves and such additional amount as shall be reasonably necessary to compensate the LEA for the staff and other costs incurred in making direct payment of those charges. The remedies provided to the LEA pursuant to this Paragraph shall not be exclusive. CONTRACTOR shall not include transportation through the use of services or equipment owned, leased or contracted through the LEA unless expressly provided in the Individual Services Agreement for the student transported.

  • Parking and Transportation ‌ The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, the University may apply changes in transportation policy, including adjusting parking and U-Pass fees and criteria for assigning parking spots, to the bargaining unit without the obligation to bargain with the Union. The Union may raise issues and concerns about the University’s parking program at Joint Labor/Management Committee meetings or at ad hoc Labor Management Committee meetings. The Union shall have a standing seat on the University’s committee(s) that work on transportation and parking issues.

  • Storage The ordering agency is responsible for storage if the contractor delivers within the time required and the agency cannot accept delivery.
