Transactions Involving Affiliates. Any provision of this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding and except to the extent restricted by any applicable Laws or the Investment Guidelines:
Transactions Involving Affiliates. The validity of a transaction, agreement or payment involving the Limited Partnership and an Affiliate of the General Partner is not affected by reason of the relationship between the General Partner and the Affiliate or by reason of the approval or lack thereof of the transaction, agreement or payment by the directors of the General Partner, all of whom may be officers, directors, or employees of, or otherwise interested in or related to such Affiliate.
Transactions Involving Affiliates. Any service provider appointed pursuant to Section 7.1 or otherwise may be an Affiliate of the General Partner. The validity of any transaction, agreement or payment involving the Partnership and such Affiliate otherwise permitted by the terms of this Agreement shall not be affected solely by reason of the relationship between the General Partner and such Affiliate.
Transactions Involving Affiliates. The Manager may be an Affiliate of the General Partner. The validity of any transaction, agreement or payment involving the Partnership and the Manager otherwise permitted by the terms of this Agreement shall not be affected solely by reason of the relationship between the General Partner and such Affiliate.
