Training Topics. ▪ Employee safety and health compliance as it relates to the cleaning program ▪ Regulatory compliance standards—OSHA, EPA, and other local, state, and federal rules and regulations ▪ Unsafe attitudes and conditions in the work place through Job Safety Analysis—OSHA JSA or XXX (Job Hazard Analysis) ▪ Employee performance improvement, such as accident prevention and record-keeping ▪ Compliance with health and safety rules, and regulation and confidentiality issues ▪ Safe chemical storage and handling ▪ Disposal and recycling of cleaning chemicals, dispensing equipment and packaging Annual Training Hours All workers shall receive a minimum of 3 hours of training annually. In addition to group training, the training can be administered as a weekly quality assurance check, to allow one-on-one training. Staffing Plan To meet cleaning objectives within the building, minimum staffing requirements must be met. Factors such as occupancy rates, seasonal variations and other considerations should be taken into account when adjusting the staffing plan. Based on submitted baseline data, total cleaning staff time shall be not less than 5.5 hours per day. Generally, 11 staff members work between 5.5 and 7.5 hours per day to meet these requirements.

Training Topics. Capital Metro shall periodically brief the Contractor about any problems at operational facilities and/or security concerns or safety issues. This material shall be incorporated into the Contractor’s training programs.
Training Topics. Citibank will train relevant employees regarding the location, use and operation of On-Premises ATMs with Screen Readers and the private listening devices necessary to use such ATMs, and will instruct such employees in appropriate methods of instructing Persons with Vision Impairments how to use ATMs generally and the On-Premises ATMs with Screen Readers in particular. Citibank will train the employees specified in section 4.2, below, in how to demonstrate On-Premises ATMs with Screen Readers to Persons with Vision Impairments and how to respond to such persons’ questions about use of the On-Premises ATMs with Screen Readers, and such demonstration shall be provided to Persons with Vision Impairments upon reasonable request therefor. The employees specified in section 4.2, below, who staff Citibank’s toll-free telephone customer service line, will also be trained to solicit and accept comments that Persons with Vision Impairments wish to submit regarding the National Pilot Project, pursuant to section 2.4(c)(2), above. Relevant employees at On-Premises Pilot Locations shall also be trained to accept such comments during the National Pilot Project.

Training Topics. It is the responsibility of the Licensee to assure that all six of the Ready to Rent training sessions are taught during the training series. Certified Instructors are given flexibility to give specific focus to the areas of most importance to the population being trained, but must meet all training objectives outlined in the curriculum. Additional training topic and guidelines may be added. The training sections are: ✓ Training #1 Ready to Get Started ✓ Training #2 Ready to Solve Problems ✓ Training #3 Ready to Prepare Finances ✓ Training #4 Ready to Shop for a Home ✓ Training #5 Ready to Settle In ✓ Training #6 Ready to Move On Instructor Certification. All individuals teaching the Ready to Rent curriculum must complete Instructor Certification Training and sign a Certified Instructor Agreement. This training is only provided by the Ready to Rent National Office via webinar. Instructor Certification Training includes three, two-hour on-line training sessions and all teaching materials. All instructors receive on-going technical assistance via phone, e-mail or webinar. The cost for training is $575 per person for all trainees under the Licensee and will not be subject to future training price increases. A previously “certified” instructor may transfer their certification to any licensed agency (unlicensed agencies must purchase a licensing) and must notify the Ready to Rent National Office. Training Topics. (1) The Contractor shall prioritize training to support mandated requirements and include this in the training delivery plan. The following training topics shall be provided throughout each region in the frequency and languages that meet the needs of the community, and additional topics may be added as mutually agreed upon. The dosage shall be embedded in the Program Delivery Plan unless otherwise specified below.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
