Training and Support Services. Training The Niagara AX Developer Program (“NAXDP”) provides education and technical support for individuals who are employees or contractors of Developer building applications or products upon the Niagara Framework. Training is a critical element of this program, which is designed to help a broad range of developers gain the level of technical expertise necessary to effectively develop applications on the NiagaraAX Framework and support their client base. The Niagara NAXDP is a two-part program incorporating AXTCP (AX Technical Certification Program) and a 3 day Developer’s training session. All Developers wishing to have access to technical support via telephone and e-mail, and access to the Niagara AX Developers’ Forum must attend the NAXDP prior to receiving such support. Developer may not use the designation “Certified NiagaraAX Developer” except with respect to individuals who are its employees or contractors and who have successfully completed this training and passed the certification test and Developer has paid all fees per the Developer Price List when due.
