Train Path. KMsL is the kilometres travelled by the Service on the inward loaded journey from the load point to the Port of Newcastle or discharge point, in each Pricing Zone as set out in clause 3.1 of the relevant Train Path Schedule unless the Train Path is not included in a Train Path Schedule in which case it is the kilometres measured for the inward loaded journey by the Service from the Port of Newcastle or discharge point to the load point determined by ARTC for that Train Path; XXXX is the actual gross tonnes for the Service empty; AGTL is the actual gross tonnes for the Service loaded using that Path Usage as notified by the Operator for that Service and verified by ARTC; and NTPPZ is the Non-TOP Price for each specified Service for each Pricing Zone (in c/GTK):
