Title XIX Administrative Costs. The following provisions govern reporting of administrative costs during the Demonstration.
Title XIX Administrative Costs. 1. Expenditures are incurred and paid by DOH, using established coding for Title XIX services. Reimbursement may be 50/50, 75/25, or 90/10 federal/state, depending on type of service. Contracted amounts are encumbered by DOH Grants Management analysts to show obligations to date, and liquidated at the time of payment. These are identified by specific NBxxxx object coding.
