The Funder. The Funder will fulfill its obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, Applicable Law and Applicable Policy.
The Funder. (a) will not retain the Lawyers for any purpose connected with this Agreement or connected with any Proceedings to which this Agreement applies;
