Common use of The Arranger Clause in Contracts

The Arranger. The Arranger shall not have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than the rights to receive reimburse- ment or payment of costs or expenses incurred by them as provided in Section 10.1, the right to indemnity under Section 10.2 and the right under the Guaranty.
