Common use of The Aircraft Clause in Contracts

The Aircraft. Lessee hereby certifies that the Aircraft as set forth and described in Annex A hereto has been delivered to Lessee, inspected by Lessee, found to be in good order and fully equipped to operate as required under applicable law for its intended purpose, and is, on the date set forth below, preowned and used and fully and finally accepted under the Lease.

The Aircraft. Lessee hereby certifies that the Aircraft as set forth and described in Annex A Schedule I hereto has been delivered to Lessee, inspected by Lessee, found to be in good order and fully equipped to operate as required under applicable law for its intended purpose, and is, on the date as set forth below, preowned and used and fully and finally accepted under the Lease.

The Aircraft. Lessee hereby certifies certifies, as of the date set forth below, that the Aircraft as set forth and described in Annex A hereto (SN ) to the Lease has been delivered to Lessee, inspected by Lessee, found to be in good order and fully equipped to operate as required under applicable law for its intended purpose, and is, on the date set forth below, preowned and used and is fully and finally accepted under the Lease..
