Territorial Boundaries. The territorial boundaries of Area 406 shall be bounded on the North by Lake Michigan. The boundary to the East shall be Xxxxx Xx. 00 including the city limits of Chesterton and Valparaiso Indiana. Proceeding southward on Xxxxx Xx. 00 to the Jasper, Benton, and White County lines, including the city limits of Wheatfield, Rensselaer and Remington, Indiana. To the west the boundary shall be the Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx County Line including the city limits of DeMotte and Hebron, but not the city limits of Kouts, Indiana. Northward on Lake County Line to and including the city limits of Merrillville, Indiana, "but not" the city limits of Crown Point, Indiana. Northward to Route 30 and then Westward to Xxxxx Ave to Route 30 and then Westward to Xxxxx Avenue "but not" the city limits of Griffith, Indiana. Northward on Xxxxx Avenue (eastside) to Lake Michigan.

Territorial Boundaries. (a) Both Municipalities are located within Clearfield County, Pennsylvania, and are contiguous municipalities.
