System for Award Management. (XXX). In order to receive a financial assistance award and to ensure proper payment, it is required that Cooperator maintain their registration with XXX, accessed at xxxx://xxx.xxx.gov. Failure to maintain registration can impact obligations and payments under this Agreement and/or any other financial assistance or procurements documents the Cooperator may have with the Federal government.
System for Award Management. (XXX) Contractors shall register in the System for Award Management (XXX), which is a central database of data in support of Agency missions, prior to being awarded a contract (FAR 52.204-7). Registration requires that the Contractor be issued a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number. Contractors may obtain information on registration at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Contractors may obtain a DUNS number via the Internet at xxxx://xxxxxx.xxx.xxx/webform.
System for Award Management. Recipient must comply with applicable requirements regarding the federal System for Award Management (XXX), currently accessible at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.gov. This includes applicable requirements regarding registration with XXX, as well as maintaining current information in XXX.
System for Award Management. The City agrees it shall maintain current registrations in the System for Award Management (xxxx://xxx.xxx.gov) at all times during which it has active federal awards.

If Seller fails to comply with the requirements of this provision, and in the absence of a properly executed novation or change-of-name agreement, the XXX information that shows Seller to be other than the Seller indicated in the Order will be considered incorrect information. XXX includes * Central Contractor Registry (CCR), * Federal Agency Registration (Fedreg), * Online Representations and Certifications Application, and * Excluded Parties List System (EPLS). System for Award Management. (XXX) Registration You must also register with the System for Award Management (XXX) and continue to maintain active XXX registration with current information during the period of time your organization has an active federal award or an application under consideration by an agency (unless you are an individual or federal agency that is exempted from those requirements under 2 CFR § 25.110(b) or (c), has an exception approved by the agency under 2 CFR § 25.110(d)). To create a XXX user account, Register/Update your account, and/or Search Records, go to xxxxx://xxx.xxx.gov. It is also highly recommended that you renew your account prior to the expiration date. XXX information must be active and up-to-date, and should be updated at least every 12 months to remain active (for both recipients and sub-recipients). Once you update your record in XXX, it will take 48 to 72 hours to complete the validation processes. Xxxxxx.xxx rejects electronic submissions from applicants with expired registrations. If your XXX account expires, the renewal process requires the same validation with IRS and DoD (Cage Code) as a new account requires. The renewal process can take up to one month.
System for Award Management. Unless exempted by an addendum to this solicitation, by submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee shall be registered in the XXX database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. If the Offeror does not become registered in the XXX database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror. Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the XXX database accessed through xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
