Survival of Promises. All promises, requirements, terms, conditions, provisions, representations, guarantees, and warranties contained herein shall survive the Agreement expiration or termination date unless specifically provided otherwise herein, or unless superseded by applicable federal or state statutes of limitation.
Survival of Promises. Notwithstanding any expiration, termination or cancellation of this Agreement, the rights and obligations pertaining to payment or repayment of funds and/or remuneration obligation, confidentiality, disclaimers and limitation of liability, indemnification, and any other provision implying survivability will remain in effect after this Agreement ends.

Except as otherwise provided, the Company and Xxxx agree that their respective promises, as the case may be, made in provisions of Articles 4, 5.1, 5.2, 6.1, 6.2, 7 and 8 shall survive the execution and delivery of this Agreement and continue for a period of two (2) years following the date hereof, and shall remain in full force and effect during such period.
Survival of Promises. You further agree that your obligations described in the preceding Paragraph 13 will continue beyond the termination of your employment with the Company, regardless of whether your termination is voluntary or involuntary. However, if You are asked to provide such assistance after termination of employment, You will be entitled to fair and reasonable compensation in addition to reimbursement of any expenses incurred at the request of the Company.

Notwithstanding any expiration or termination of the Taxable Value Limitation Contract or this Guarantee Agreement, the rights and obligations pertaining to payment of claims, confidentiality, indemnification, disclaimers and limitation of liability, and any other provisions under Sections 6, 9.7, 9.8, and 10 of this Guarantee Agreement will survive any expiration or termination of the Taxable Value Limitation Contract or this Guarantee Agreement.

Notwithstanding any expiration or termination of the Taxable Value Limitation Contract or this Guarantee Agreement, the rights and obligations pertaining to payment of claims, confidentiality, indemnification, disclaimers and limitation of liability, and any other provisions under Sections 6, 9.7, 9.8, and 10 of this Guarantee Agreement will survive any expiration or termination of the Taxable Value Limitation Contract or this Guarantee Agreement.
