Supply of Misleading Information. Any information given by the Borrower in his/her loan application to Bank for financial assistance or otherwise is found to be misleading or incurrent in any material respect or any warranty given/deemed to have been given by the Borrower, as referred to in Article 6 above is found to be incorrect.
