Common use of Sublease Term Clause in Contracts

Sublease Term. The Sublease Term shall be for the period commencing on November 1, 1999, and continuing through December 31, 2000. In no event shall the Sublease Term extend beyond the Term of the Master Lease.

Sublease Term. The Sublease Term shall be for the period commencing on November September 1, 1999, 1997 (the "Commencement Date") and continuing through December August 31, 2000. In no event shall the Sublease Term extend beyond the Term of the Master Lease.

Sublease Term. The Sublease Term shall be for the period commencing on November April 1, 19991997 or sooner if available, and continuing through December October 31, 2000. In no event shall the Sublease Term extend beyond the Term of the Master Lease.

Sublease Term. The term of this Sublease Term (the "Sublease Term") shall be for the period commencing on November 1December 4, 1999, 1998 and continuing through December March 31, 20002003. In no event shall the Sublease Term extend beyond the Term of the Master Lease.

Sublease Term. The Sublease Term shall be for the period commencing on November the later of (i) March 1, 19992013 and (ii) the date that Master Lessor consents in writing to this Sublease, and continuing through December 31November 30, 20002014. In no event shall the Sublease Term extend beyond the Term of the Master Lease.

Sublease Term. The Sublease Term shall be for the period commencing on November 1, 19991998, and continuing through December 31April 30, 2000. In no event shall the Sublease Term extend beyond the Term term of the Master Lease.
