Special Rates. 5.9.4 Transfer, Traveling and Working Away From Usual Place of Work
Special Rates. Subject to subclauses 5.9.3(a) and (b), the following special rates shall be paid to employees including apprentices and juniors.
Special Rates. Except for the actual rates prescribed for those special rates if the special rate is provided for in this Agreement and only to the extent that clause 25 applies in Victoria 26 Superannuation - Only to the extent that clause 26 applies in Victoria
Special Rates. In addition to the rates otherwise prescribed by this Agreement, the following extra rates will be paid to employees employed under this Agreement. The special rates prescribed in this Agreement will be paid irrespective of the times at which work is performed and will not be subject to any premium or penalty additions. Where more than one of the rates provides payments for disabilities of substantially the same nature then only the highest of such rates will be payable.

Special Rates. 34.1 The special rates specified in this clause shall be paid in addition to the rates specified elsewhere in this Agreement and in the Schedule to this Agreement. Provided that such special rates shall only be payable where the condition for which a special rate is prescribed has not been taken into account in fixing the rates so specified elsewhere in this Agreement and in the Schedules to this Agreement; and
Special Rates. (a) A xxxxxxxxx holding a current tradesperson certificate and working on the Project as a xxxxxxxxx (setting out) shall be paid an all purpose allowance of $0.71 per hour.
