Special Leave Without Pay. (a) When the reasonable requirements of the Employer’s services will permit, any employee hereunder, upon written application to the Employer, may, if approved, in writing, by the Employer, be granted a leave of absence of up to thirty (30) working days. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Under such leave, the employee shall retain and continue to accrue seniority.
