Single Stage. Two Envelopes Bidding Procedure as per PPRA Rules shall be applied: The bid shall comprise a single sealed package containing two separate sealed envelopes. Each envelope shall contain separately the Financial Proposal and the Technical Proposal; The envelopes shall be sealed & marked as “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL” and “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL „‟ in bold and legible letters to avoid confusion; Initially, only the envelope marked “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” shall be opened; The envelope marked as “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL” shall be retained in the custody of procuring agency without being opened; The Procuring Agency shall evaluate the Technical Proposal, without reference to the price and reject any proposal which do not conform to the specified requirements; During the technical evaluation, no amendments in the technical proposal shall be permitted; The Financial Proposals of bids shall be opened publicly at a time, date and venue to be announced and communicated to the bidders in advance; After the evaluation and approval of the technical proposal, the Procuring Agency shall at a time within the bid validity period, publicly open the financial proposals of the technically accepted bids only. The financial proposal of bids found technically non-responsive or non-compliant shall be returned unopened to the respective bidders. The bid with maximum discount rate on retail price of all medicines / disposable items shall be accepted.
Single Stage. Two-Envelope Bidding Procedure In the Single-Stage: Two-Envelope bidding procedure, Bidders should submit two sealed envelopes simultaneously, one containing the Technical Proposal and the other the Price Proposal, enclosed together in an outer single envelope. Initially, only the Technical Proposals are opened at the date and time advised in the Bidding Document. The Price Proposals remain sealed and are held in custody by the Purchaser. The Technical Proposals are evaluated by the Purchaser. No amendments or changes to the Technical Proposals are permitted. The objective of the exercise is to allow the Purchaser to evaluate the Technical Proposals without reference to price. Bids of Bidders which do not conform to the mandatory requirements may be termed as non-responsive and will not be evaluated further. Following the approval of the technical evaluation, and at an address, date and time advised by the Purchaser, the Price Proposals are opened in public. The Price Proposals are evaluated and, following approval of the price evaluation, the Contract is awarded to the Bidder whose Bid has been determined to be have scored maximum in the composite formula as defined below: Total Score = 50% x Technical Proposal Score + 50% x Price Proposal Score

  • Second Stage If the two Parties are unable to agree at first stage, then within ten (10) days of receipt of an answer to the first stage grievance, the Union must take up the grievance in writing with the appropriate management representatives as designated by the Employer. A meeting shall be convened within seven (7) days of the filing of the grievance in writing at second stage, at which the grievor shall be present in disciplinary related matters unless both Parties agree otherwise. When the grievors or job xxxxxxx(s) attend during their regular working hours, they shall suffer no loss of pay. If the grievors or job xxxxxxx(s) attend on their own time, they shall be paid at straight-time rates for the time of the second stage meeting. The minimum pay of one (1) hour shall apply. The answer to the second stage grievance must be given within ten (10) days of the meeting held to discuss the grievance at second stage.

  • Start-Up and Synchronization Consistent with the mutually acceptable procedures of the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer is responsible for the proper synchronization of the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System in accordance with NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner procedures and requirements.

  • Joint Network Implementation and Grooming Process Upon request of either Party, the Parties shall jointly develop an implementation and grooming process (the “Joint Grooming Process” or “Joint Process”) which may define and detail, inter alia:

  • Mastectomy Services Inpatient This plan provides coverage for a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours in a hospital following a mastectomy and a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours in a hospital following an axillary node dissection. Any decision to shorten these minimum coverages shall be made by the attending physician in consultation with and upon agreement with you. If you participate in an early discharge, defined as inpatient care following a mastectomy that is less than forty-eight (48) hours and inpatient care following an axillary node dissection that is less than twenty-four (24) hours, coverage shall include a minimum of one (1) home visit conducted by a physician or registered nurse.

Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility. This service is available as defined in NECA 4.

  • Single Source Selection Services for tasks in circumstances which meet the requirements of paragraph 3.10 of the Consultant Guidelines for Single Source Selection, may, with the Association's prior agreement, be procured in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.9 through 3.13 of the Consultant Guidelines.
