SERVICES TO THE STUDENTS. 7.1 The partners of the Consortium are making all the needed measures in order to register a student according to the study path (planned and approved together with the coordinating and a Partner university) with full local student’s rights and services. This is done in due time before the student starts the studies in the Partner university in question and study fees will be charged if applicable.

SERVICES TO THE STUDENTS. 7.1 The partners of the Consortium: University of Eastern Finland, KU Leuven, University Xxxx Xxxxxx, and Toyohashi University of Technology, are making all the needed measures in order to register a student according to the study path (planned and approved together with the coordinating and a Partner university) with full local student’s rights and services. This is done in due time before the student starts the studies in the Partner university in question and study fees will be charged if applicable. Each hosting university will assign an Academic Advisor for the IMLEX students, to ensure full support in academic matters.
SERVICES TO THE STUDENTS. Several weeks before arriving in the programme, the student receives a vademecum containing very practical and detailed information regarding the formalities to enter and stay in Belgium (visa and residence permit), tutoring, insurance/health care system, accommodation, French courses, Erasmus Mundus Alumni association, as well as information regarding the first steps upon arrival and some preliminary information regarding next semesters. Regular updates and details will be provided before the beginning and during the programme, regarding the administrative requirements in view of installation at the first and second host institution. Each Partner will provide support and guidance with regard to the obtainment of the visa and/or residence permit to enter and reside in the country of that Partner (e.g. ULiège to enter and reside in Belgium). French courses are offered to students for free in Liège within the Mundus programme, before arrival and during the semester. Details about the registration are provided in the vademecum.
SERVICES TO THE STUDENTS. 8.1 The Student will have a tutor at each assigned programme institution who will be his/her reference teacher during his/her stage at the assigned university. He or she will also help the Student to integrate in social and cultural terms as well as possible. Assistance will be provided in the preparation of his/her Research Plan. Teaching staff will assess the participation of the Students, their commitment, workload, infrastructure and finances as well as communication and collaboration with the partners. In case of any kind of difficulty (academic, logistic or administrative), the Student shall have to request the help of the tutor.

  • Access to the Services ID’s for access to Vendor Core Research and Analyst Inquiry may not be shared. Access to the Services is restricted to the number of named individuals (each a “Licensed User”) as identified in the Customer Purchase Order.

  • B1 The Services B1.1 The Contractor shall supply the Services during the Contract Period in accordance with the Authority’s requirements as set out in the Specification and the provisions of the Contract in consideration of the payment of the Contract Price. The Authority may inspect and examine the manner in which the Contractor supplies the Services at the Premises during normal business hours on reasonable notice.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • Scope of the Services 3.1 The services that the Construction Manager shall provide include, but are not limited to those described in the following sections.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. Preauthorization may be required for certain surgical services. Reconstructive Surgery for a Functional Deformity or Impairment This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia. Preauthorization may be required for these services.

  • Services Provided Subcontractor agrees to complete the following: _ (“Services”).

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Mastectomy Services Inpatient This plan provides coverage for a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours in a hospital following a mastectomy and a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours in a hospital following an axillary node dissection. Any decision to shorten these minimum coverages shall be made by the attending physician in consultation with and upon agreement with you. If you participate in an early discharge, defined as inpatient care following a mastectomy that is less than forty-eight (48) hours and inpatient care following an axillary node dissection that is less than twenty-four (24) hours, coverage shall include a minimum of one (1) home visit conducted by a physician or registered nurse.

  • Performance of the Services In addition to the Common Articles, it is specified that:

  • Medical Services Plan 10.1.1 Regular Full-Time and Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be entitled to be covered under the Medical Services Plan commencing the first day of the calendar month following the date of employment.
