Seniority Transfer. (a) A nurse’s full seniority and service shall be retained by the nurse in the event that the nurse is transferred from full-time to part-time or in the event the nurse is transferred from casual to regular part-time or vice- versa.

Seniority Transfer. The seniority date shall be transferred between full and part-time lists whenever the employee's classification is changed. Short-term and long-term substitutes do not earn seniority.
Seniority Transfer. Section (1) Seniority Lists will be maintained by MTA at each Division, Operating Department, Non-Operating Department, or Group which constitutes a separate unit for the purpose of assignment of work. The name of each employee permanently appointed to or permanently transferred to a Group will be added to the Seniority List thereof.

  • Seniority Dates Upon request, the Employer agrees to make available to the Union the seniority dates of any employees covered by this Agreement. Such seniority dates shall be subject to correction for error on proper representation by the Union.

The roster will list employees in descending order of State seniority credits and will contain each employee’s name, State seniority credits, and Institutional seniority credits if applicable. Seniority rosters will be provided to the Chapter President or Assembly President and posted in the work areas of affected employees. Where available, the Employer may provide an electronic posting of the roster in lieu of a paper roster. Each employee’s individual employee seniority credits will be displayed on the employee’s earnings statement.
