Common use of Selection Planning Clause in Contracts

Selection Planning. A plan for the selection of consultants, which shall include contract cost estimates, contract packaging, and applicable selection criteria and procedures, shall be furnished by each implementing agency to the Association for its review and approval prior to the issuance to consultants of any requests for proposals.
