Common use of Security Policy Clause in Contracts

Security Policy. The Service Recipient shall comply with all of the Service Provider’s system security policies, procedures and requirements relating to the Service Provider’s computer systems or software (“Systems”) which have been provided in writing to the Service Recipient (collectively, “Security Regulations”), and shall not tamper with, compromise or circumvent any security or audit measures employed by the Service Provider. The Service Recipient shall access and use only those Systems of the Service Provider for which the Service Recipient has been expressly granted the right to access and use.
