Common use of Section 4.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 4.2. 40 The Union shall promptly be notified by the District of any grievances or disciplinary actions of any 41 employee in the unit in accordance with the provisions of the discharge and grievance procedure 42 articles contained herein. The Union is entitled to have an observer at hearings conducted by any 43 District official or body arising out of grievance and to make known the Union's views concerning the 44 case.

Section 4.2. 40 30 The Union shall promptly be notified by the District of any grievances or disciplinary actions of any 41 31 employee in the unit in accordance with the provisions of the discharge and grievance procedure 42 articles contained herein. The Union is entitled to have an observer at hearings conducted by any 43 33 District official or body arising out of grievance and to make known the Union's views concerning the 44 34 case.

Section 4.2. 40 26 The Union shall promptly be notified by the District of any grievances or disciplinary actions of any 41 27 employee in the unit in accordance with the provisions of the discharge and grievance procedure 42 articles 28 contained herein. The Union is entitled to have an observer at hearings conducted by any 43 District official 29 or body arising out of grievance and to make known the Union's views concerning the 44 case.

Section 4.2. 40 12 The Union shall promptly be notified by the District of any grievances or disciplinary actions of any 41 employee in the unit in accordance with the provisions of the discharge and grievance procedure 42 articles contained herein. The Union is entitled to have 14 an observer at hearings conducted by any 43 District official or body arising out of grievance and to make 15 known the Union's ’s views concerning the 44 case.

Section 4.2. 40 30 The Union shall promptly be notified by the District of any grievances or disciplinary actions of any 41 employee in the unit in accordance with the provisions of the discharge and grievance procedure 42 articles contained herein. The Union is entitled to have 32 an observer at hearings conducted by any 43 District official or body arising out of grievance and to make 33 known the Union's ’s views concerning the 44 case.

Section 4.2. 40 37 The Union shall promptly be notified by the District employee(s) of any grievances or disciplinary actions of 38 any 41 employee in the unit in accordance with the provisions of the discharge Discipline and grievance procedure 42 articles Grievance Procedure 39 Articles contained herein. The Union is entitled to have an observer a representative at hearings conducted by any 43 40 District official or body arising out of grievance and to make known the Union's views concerning the 44 41 case, if the presence of such observer is requested by the employee(s).

Section 4.2. 40 23 The Union shall promptly be notified by the District of any grievances or disciplinary actions of any 41 employee in the 24 bargaining unit in accordance with the provisions of the discharge Articles X and grievance procedure 42 articles contained hereinXIV. The Union is entitled to have 25 an observer at hearings conducted by any 43 District official or body arising out of grievance and to make 26 known the Union's ’s views concerning the 44 case.
