We agree to sell to you electricity supplied to your premises (by your distribution entity) and perform the other obligations set out in this contract. In return, you are required to pay the amount billed by us under clause 9 of this contract, and perform your other obligations under this contract.

SCOPE OF THIS CONTRACT. §1. The intent of the present Cooperation Contract is to appoint one representative among the Parties in order to give this representative the authority to act in the name of the Parties within the procedure related to TMS contracting. This encompasses e.g. contracting with the Company, managing administrative obligations with the Company and bearing rights and obligations resulting from the TMS researching contract in the name of the Parties.
