Schedule A Amendment. Schedule A to the Agreement is hereby amended to reflect that the Sub-Adviser will manage the assets of the Large Capital Growth Fund and shall be compensated on those assets managed, in accordance with Section 2 of the Agreement, at the fee rate reflected in Schedule A attached hereto.
Schedule A Amendment. Schedule A to the Subadvisory Agreement is hereby amended and restated as attached hereto.
Schedule A Amendment. Schedule A to the Agreement is hereby amended to reflect the revised subadvisory fee schedule of the Global Strategy Fund.
Schedule A Amendment. Schedule A to the Agreement is hereby amended to reflect the revised subadvisory fee schedule of the Growth & Income Fund.

Schedule A to the Subadvisory Agreement is hereby amended and restated as attached hereto to reflect that the Sub-Adviser will manage a portion of the assets of the International Opportunities Fund and shall be compensated on those assets managed in accordance with Section 2 of the Subadvisory Agreement at the fee rate reflected in Schedule A attached hereto.
Schedule A Amendment. Schedule A shall be replaced in its entirety with the schedule attached to this Amendment. This Schedule A supersedes all prior Schedules A, including any and all fee waiver agreements.
Schedule A Amendment. Schedule A is amended to reflect the addition of the Dynamic Allocation Fund as a Covered Fund.

Covered Fund Fee Small Cap Fund 0.55% on the first $250 million 0.50% on the next $250 million 0.45% on the next $500 million 0.40% over $1 billion Real Estate Fund 0.45% on the first $250 million 0.40% on the next $250 million 0.35% over $500 million Sub-Adviser shall manage a portion of the assets of the Small Cap Fund and the Real Estate Fund and shall be compensated on that portion as noted above.
