Rights of Refusal. Refusal on first recall from RIF results in the teacher remaining on the RIF list. Second right of refusal is by mutual agreement of the parties, specifically, the Superintendent, the teacher, the Association, and the Board. Third refusal of recall will result in the teacher being removed from the RIF list.
Rights of Refusal. All materials must conform to all standards laid down by all relevant standards authorities. Whitespace also reserves the right to refuse to include submitted material without giving reason. Please also note that some of the gardens or other attractions that you may visit as part of your itinerary, require a lot of walking and are unsuitable for wheelchair users or those who need aids to walking.
