Rights of Individual Employees. 62. An employee may not be disciplined or subjected to punitive action without written notice of the disciplinary action. The employee is entitled to receive a copy of the charges and material upon which the disciplinary action is based. This provision shall not be subject to the grievance and arbitration procedure set forth in this Agreement.
