Leaving the Building Employees may leave their assignments during the time encompassed by the employee’s workday upon receipt of permission from their principal, their supervisor, or the Employer’s appointed designee.
Marketing the Property In an effort to properly and efficiently market the Property, the Seller grants the following permissions to the Agency: (Initial ALL That Apply) - Advertise the Property. - To use the Property’s street address when advertising the Property. - Allow third (3rd) party websites to create estimated market values of the Property. - Allow the Agency to disclose the existence of other offers on the Property. - Publish any and all Property information electronically or in print. This includes, but is not limited to, the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), real estate websites, newspapers, etc. - Place a lockbox or key box on the Property. The Seller shall hold harmless the Agency and all cooperating licensees from all responsibility and liability resulting from any loss, damage, or theft which might occur while the Property is listed by the Agency under this Agreement. - Authorize a “For Sale” Sign on the Property.
USING THE CARD You can use your card to buy goods and services (for example at shops, restaurants and online), and to withdraw cash at cash machines.
ENDING THE TENANCY 1) The tenant may end a monthly, weekly or other periodic tenancy by giving the landlord at least one month's written notice. A notice given the day before the rent is due in a given month ends the tenancy at the end of the following month. [For example, if the tenant wants to move at the end of May, the tenant must make sure the landlord receives written notice on or before April 30th.]
Following the Previous Example If TIPS offers a one-year extension, the expiration of the extended term shall be May 31, 2024. TIPS may offer to extend Vendor Agreements to the fullest extent the original Solicitation permits.
Vacating the Premises The Licensee shall vacate the Premises: (1) upon the normal expiration of this Agreement or (2) upon termination or revocation of this Agreement or (3) within the three-day period set forth in the three-day eviction notice, whichever comes first.
Continuing the Work The Contractor shall carry on the Work and adhere to the progress schedule during all disputes, disagreements or alternative resolution processes with the Owner. The Contractor shall not delay or postpone any Work because of the pending resolution of any disputes, disagreements or processes, except as the Owner and the Contractor may agree in writing.
Providing the Services 3.1 The Services the Barrister is to supply in relation to the Case will be described in the Instructions and as may subsequently be agreed between the Barrister and the Solicitor.
Right of Refusal The proposing vendor has the right not to sell under the awarded agreement with a TIPS member at vendor's discretion unless required by law.
Owner’s Right to Make Changes Without invalidating the Contract, the Owner, by Change Order and without notice to the sureties, may authorize or order extra work or changes by altering, adding to, or deducting from the Work or the Contract Time, the Contract Sum being adjusted accordingly. All Change Orders shall be performed under the conditions of the original Contract except that any claim for extension of time caused thereby shall be adjusted at the time of signing of the Change Order. (See Change Order formats in Section 7.) Prior to the issuance of the Proceed Order, the Contractor and the Owner shall advise each other in writing of their designees authorized to accept and approve changes to the Contract Sum and the limits to each designee's authority. Should any designee or limits of authority change during the time this Contract is in effect, the Contractor or Owner shall give written notice to the other as provided in Article 1.1.5. There is no legal limitation on the Owner’s right to make changes such as may be, in the Owner’s sole discretion, useful or desirable to the Project.
