Common use of Resignation or Removal of the Trustee Clause in Contracts

Resignation or Removal of the Trustee. (a) The Trustee may resign by giving the Company not less than 90 days' prior written notice of such resignation, unless a shorter or longer period of notice is agreed to between the parties hereto, provided that no such resignation shall be effective until the appointment of a replacement Trustee has become effective as provided below.
