Reservation Service. If Merchant provides lodging (hotel, motel, resort or inn) or car rentals only for “Specialized Vehicles” (a unique class of vehicle not in the Merchant’s main rental fleet and not constituting more than five percent (5%) of Merchant’s rental fleet), Merchant may use certain Card types specified by Bank to guarantee a reservation by obtaining the name of Cardholder, the Card account number and expiration date and by completing the following procedures:

Reservation Service. We will furnish you with the Reservation Service. The Reservation Service will be furnished to you on the same basis as it is furnished to other System Hotels and shall be the exclusive Reservation Service used at the Hotel at all times unless otherwise approved by us in writing in our sole discretion. You will be required to participate in performance based marketing as determined by us from time to time.

A written confirmation or the written confirmation of a cancellation provided the cardholder, should suppress the card expiration date and all but the last four digits of the card number to the extent such suppression is required by applicable law.

This service protects you against losses that you may otherwise incur if guests do not show up and protects your guests in the event that rooms are not available when they arrive.

Transportation charges to and from the service location are not protected by this warranty and are t he responsibility of the purchaser. Nothing within this warranty shall imply that Xxxxx will be responsible or liable for any spoilage or damage to food or other c ontents of this appliance, whether due to any defect of the appliance, or its use, whether proper or improper.

  • Security Service Tenant acknowledges and agrees that, while Landlord may patrol the Project, Landlord is not providing any security services with respect to the Premises and that Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for, and Tenant waives any claim against Landlord with respect to, any loss by theft or any other damage suffered or incurred by Tenant in connection with any unauthorized entry into the Premises or any other breach of security with respect to the Premises.

  • Optional Services To the extent that the Fund elects to engage the Transfer Agent to provide the services listed below the Fund shall engage the Transfer Agent to provide such services upon terms and fees to be agreed upon by the parties:

  • Call Center Services Answer telephone inquiries during mutually agreed upon hours each day on which the Fund is open for trading. In the event that the Fund plans to be open on a business day when the New York Stock Exchange is to be closed, the Fund shall provide the Transfer Agent with reasonable advance notice and the parties shall discuss the call center resources available for such day. The Transfer Agent shall answer and respond to inquiries from existing Shareholders, prospective Shareholders of the Fund and broker-dealers on behalf of such Shareholders in accordance with the instructions provided by the Fund to the Transfer Agent for purpose of fulfilling its duties under this Agreement, including, accepting transaction requests on behalf of the Fund.

  • Utility Service Tenant shall pay the cost of all utility services, including, but not limited to, initial connection charges and all charges for gas, water, and electricity used on the Leased Premises. If the Leased Premises are separately metered, Tenant shall pay such costs directly to the appropriate utility company. Otherwise, Tenant shall pay such costs pursuant to Paragraph 6(b) above. Tenant shall pay all costs caused by Tenant introducing excessive pollutants into the sanitary sewer system, including permits, fees and charges levied by any governmental subdivision for any pollutants or solids other than ordinary human waste. If Tenant can be clearly identified as being responsible for obstructions or stoppage of the common sanitary sewage line, the Tenant shall pay the entire cost thereof, upon demand, as additional rent. Tenant shall be responsible for the installation and maintenance of any dilution tanks, holding tanks, settling tanks, sewer sampling devices, sand traps, grease traps or similar devices which may be required by the appropriate governmental subdivision for Tenant's use of the sanitary sewer system. Tenant shall also pay all surcharges (i.e. charges in excess of normal charges) levied due to Tenant's abnormal use of sanitary sewer or waste removal services so that no such surcharges shall affect Landlord or other tenants in the Project under Paragraph 6(b) above.

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.
