The Automobile Liability policy shall contain the MCS-90 endorsement. The Protection & indemnity and Contractor’s Pollution Liability policies shall also contain the following endorsements which shall accompany the Certificate of Insurance: An Additional Insured endorsement naming the County of Orange and Orange County Flood Control District, their elected and appointed officials, officers, agents and employees as Additional Insureds. Any increase or decrease in insurance will be as deemed by County of Orange Risk Manager as appropriate to adequately protect County.
