Representation Agreement. On or prior to commencement of the offering of Interests pursuant to the Prospectus, the parties agree to execute a Representation Agreement relating to the offering of the Interests (the "Representation Agreement") substantially in the form of Exhibit C to this Agreement.
Representation Agreement. The parties agree to execute a Representation Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit D to this Agreement (the “Representation Agreement”) contemporaneously herewith.
Representation Agreement. On the date of execution of this Agreement, the parties agree to execute a Representation Agreement (the “Representation Agreement”) relating to the offering of the Series J Interests substantially in the form of Exhibit C to this Agreement.
Representation Agreement. You agree to hire and retain me to represent you in relation to divorce proceedings. You authorize me to appear in any lawsuit that may be filed in this matter, to enter into discussions toward settlement, or to proceed as I deem advisable. I will not make any settlement of your case without your consent.
Representation Agreement. If, following the initial phone consultation, further representation is agreed upon, we will prepare a separate, more detailed Representation Agreement to be executed by both parties. The Representation Agreement will supersede this Initial Attorney Consultation Agreement and will set forth the terms and conditions of our representation of you, including our fees and the specific services to be performed by us. If there is no subsequent Representation Agreement executed, the attorney-client relationship ends at the conclusion of the initial attorney consultation.
Representation Agreement. The parties agree that the Representation Agreement relating to the offering of the Series A Interests which was executed simultaneous to the Initial Agreement (a copy of which is attached as Exhibit C) remains in full force and effect notwithstanding the termination of the Initial Agreement.
Representation Agreement. The Parties agree that no contract or agreement providing for Vendor’s engagement shall be deemed to exist between Vendor and Company unless and until Vendor and Company execute and deliver a final definitive agreement relating thereto.
Representation Agreement. Consultant agrees that no contract or agreement providing for Consultant’s engagement shall be deemed to exist between Consultant and Company unless and until Consultant and Company execute and deliver a final definitive agreement relating thereto.
Representation Agreement. Buyer retains and authorizes Broker on a(n) (□ Exclusive) (□ Non-exclusive) basis to locate and/or 10 negotiate for the purchase of real property as may be acceptable to Buyer. If Buyer appoints Broker as Buyer's exclusive agent, Buyer 11 agrees to conduct all negotiations for property through Broker, and to refer to Broker all inquiries in any form received from real estate 12 brokers, salespersons, prospective sellers, or any other source, during the time this Buyer Agency Agreement is in effect. If Buyer retains 13 Brokerage on a Non-exclusive basis – Buyer is free to independently contract with other Brokerages on a Non-exclusive basis. Buyer 14 understands Broker may, in the conduct of Broker's business, represent other prospective buyers. These other buyers may consider, 15 make offers or purchase through Broker, the same or similar properties as Buyer is seeking to acquire. Buyer consents to Broker's 16 representation of such potential buyers before, during and after the expiration of this Agreement.
Representation Agreement. The parties agree to enter with EVE into an agreement (the “Representation Agreement”) dated the date hereof contemporaneously herewith providing for representations, warranties, conditions precedent, covenants and ancillary matters in relation to the Merger including, without limitation, such representations, warranties, conditions precedent, covenants and ancillary matters customary for transactions of this nature and covenants that the parties have otherwise agreed to. Unless otherwise defined herein or the context otherwise requires, the terms with initial capital letters herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Representation Agreement.
