Remaining Dates. Thereafter, all remaining dates may be utilized on a first-come, first-served basis, with the express understanding that use of the field will be reasonably limited from time to time both by Club practices and to preserve the quality and safety of the field surface in accordance with Article X.

Remaining Dates. Thereafter, all remaining dates may be utilized on a first-come, first-served basis by providing written notice to the other party, with the express understanding that use of the field will be limited from time to time both by Club practices and to preserve the quality and safety of the field surface in accordance with Article IX. Additional use by the City (beyond the five (5) dates for City Events in Section A above) shall only be for direct use by the City of North Augusta or an agency affiliated therewith. Other than as noted herein, the City shall not rent or sublicense the Stadium or any part thereof for use by others. The Parties agree to work together in good faith to schedule any events earlier than the process outlined above may contemplate. The parties also agree to work together to maximize usage of the Stadium and to, wherever possible, reschedule smaller or movable events to accommodate larger and/or less movable events.

  • Service Dates Invoice shall include the beginning and ending date of the work accomplished for the invoice.

  • Completion Dates The Recipient agrees to complete each Project within the time periods specified in the Underlying Agreement and all activities must be completed by the Award’s end date, unless FTA agrees in writing to extend the end date. Unless FTA determines otherwise in writing, interim milestone dates and other completion dates applicable to the Award are good faith estimates and are not intended to be firm contractual requirements. However, FTA and the Recipient agree that milestone dates and other completion dates for Full Funding Grant Agreements, Small Starts Grant Agreements or other specific agreements in which FTA expressly states that the milestone dates or other completion dates for the Underlying Agreement are firm dates that may be enforced.

  • Increment Dates 1. The increment date shall be the first of the month following the month in which applicable experience accumulation is achieved.

  • Due Dates If the payment due date falls on a Sunday or on a holiday that is observed on a Monday, the payment due date shall be the first non-holiday day following such Sunday or holiday. If the payment due date falls on a Saturday or on a holiday which is observed on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, the payment due date shall be the last non-holiday day preceding such Saturday or holiday. If payment is not received by the payment due date, a late payment charge, as set forth in Section 1.4.1.2, below, shall apply.

  • Delivery Dates If the due date of any notice, certificate or report required to be delivered by the Manager hereunder falls on a day that is not a Business Day, the due date for such notice, certificate or report shall be automatically extended to the next succeeding day that is a Business Day.
