Reimbursable Expenses incurred by the ARCHITECT and ARCHITECT'S employees and consultants in the interest of the PROJECT shall have prior DISTRICT written approval before incurred and records of such expenses shall be provided to DISTRICT for the DISTRICT's review. The DISTRICT shall not be liable to ARCHITECT for any costs or expenses paid or incurred by ARCHITECT in performing services for DISTRICT, except reimbursable expenses that have been pre-approved in writing. Expenses may be invoiced during the monthly pay request at cost plus 10% markup.
