Purpose of Assignment. Employee understands that: (i) the Company is engaged in a continuous program of research, development, production, and marketing in connection with its business; and (ii) it is critical for the Company to preserve and protect its “Proprietary Information” (as defined in Section 5.6 below), its rights in “Inventions” (as defined in Section 5.2 below), and in all other intellectual property rights. Accordingly, Employee enters into the Agreement as a condition of employment and continued employment with the Company, whether or not Employee is expected to create inventions or other intellectual property of value for the Company.

The evaluative research and analysis will focus around the following three questions, each reviewed through the lenses of different Covid-19 effects such as kindergarten and school closures, prolonged social distancing, stress etc.: What are the effects of the teacher professional development within the SEL programme and its implementation on the well-being and conflict management among pre-school teachers? What is the effect of the teacher professional development within the SEL programme and its implementation on the overall social climate in pre-schools? What effects has the exposure to the SEL programme had on the behavior of pre-school age children, as reported by teachers/as reported by parents?
