Common use of Provisions of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Provisions of the Agreement. The provisions of Section 3 through 12 of this Agreement, and any other sections which by their nature are intended to survive, shall survive the termination, cancellation or expiration of this Agreement for any reason.
