PROVISION OF TRANSPORT. 7.3.1 The daily fares allowance will not be payable on any day that the Company: • Provides or offers to provide transport free of charge from the employee’s home to the employee’s place of work and return; or • Where the Company provides a vehicle free of charge to the employee to drive from the employee’s home to the employee’s place of work and return.
