Common use of Provision of Services Clause in Contracts

Provision of Services. 2.1. SAP will provide the Services in accordance with the Order Form. 2.2. SAP may utilize third party contractors to perform SAP’s duties. SAP shall be responsible for the performance of the Services of such third party contractors to the same extent as SAP is liable for its own Consultants.
